What is TourAdvance?

Who is TourAdvance for?

Does TourAdvance calculate withholding tax?
Yes. When a show is in another country, TourAdvance adds an estimated withholding tax line for that territory, calculated country by country from the show fees. Every figure is clearly labelled as an estimate and can be overridden where a treaty or reduced rate applies. Always confirm the final position with your accountant.
Can I import my tour dates?
Yes. Paste your routing and show fees in one go. TourAdvance uses AI to read them and build the itinerary, suggesting travel and days off around your shows, so there is no typing forty dates in one row at a time.
Does it handle multiple currencies?
Yes. Enter each show fee in its own currency and TourAdvance converts everything into your base currency, with exchange rates you can edit and lock.
Can I export the budget?
